Refund Policy

At Cupid Glow, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.
Due to the nature of our skincare products and for health and safety reasons, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. All Sales Are Final

  • All skincare product sales are considered final once purchased.

  • We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on used or opened products.

  • We can only accept returns on unused items where shrink bands or protective coverings are still intact.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Contact us at info@cupidglow.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

If your claim is approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a refund to your original method of payment.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was on our end (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged item received).

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

  • Used or opened products

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards
